What's your favorite coffee/espresso drink and coffee shop?
What's your favorite coffee beverage, what do you like to eat with your coffee, and what's your favorite coffee shop? I enjoy the sweet flavored espresso/cappucino varieties from Starbucks and Peets. My favorites are the hot caramel macchiato double shot with soy and the caramel frapaccino varieties from Starbucks. From Peets, I enjoy the roasted flavor combined with the sweetness of their white chocolate mocha with soy of course. I always enjoy a yummy scone or muffin with my beverage. Mmmm, I wish I had one now. (unfortunately, i can only live vicariously through those who can drink coffee right now only because I'm a nursing mother who can't really drink caffine until I stop nursing) What's your favorite coffee beverage and where?
I am a coffee addict!! How do you like your daily coffee?
I just love coffee, but it must be good coffee. I love dark, stong, black coffee with no sugar in it.My favourite is I think double espresso, there are so many to choose from - which coffee do you prefer?
What's your poison
So, anyone who knows me knows I am a caffeine addict. I can drink coffee in any form, but I much prefer the phoofy Starbucks lattes and frappuccinos and such. Now that the holidays are here, they have egg nog and gingerbread lattes and peppermint mochas. I like egg nog best, but I'm happy with any of them. And, when I'm actually watching what I eat I ingest, the gingerbread now comes in sugar free, so a non fat sugar free gingerbread latte is like 90 calories, which is nothing in the grand scheme of calories. For all the caffeine addicts, are you hard core and just want coffee, espresso, etc? None of that phoofy stuff? Or, do you look forward to the more fun drinks? Or, do you prefer to get it from soda? How much caffeine do you have in a day and in what form?
Is it just me, or the lattes at some places FULL of sugar??
I mean enough sugar to send up into a hypoglycemic fit! I'd forgotten how overly sweet some of the coffee/espresso drinks are at the mall. I have hypoglycemia, and had forgotten to eat plenty of protein at dinner;then got a latte that was so full of sugar,my head was pounding in 15 minutes after sipping on half of it! Have you experienced a culture shock lately?
Because it appeals to the Italian express coffee (Caffè espresso italiano)
From its beginnings, espresso has always been a symbol of passion. Originally a product of Italy, it has grown rapidly in popularity worldwide due to its emotive qualities. The perfect sybthesis of aroma, flavor and body make it a multi-sensual experience comparable to none. Surprisilingly low in caffeine, espresso stimulates trought the awakening of the senses. It evokes a refreeshing feeling of reneval and vitality and offers a rich, velvety smooth presentation that equals it taste. Crafted well, espresso lingers just long enough to be enjoyed after the cup is empty.

Turkish Coffee
hi mylot friends,I have tasted several types of coffee, that is filter coffee,Instant coffee,Black coffee,Shonti Coffee,Espresso coffee[em]rofl[/em],and recently i have known about the "Turkish coffee",it seems to be our regular coffee, just like instant coffee,i do not know is there is any difference in our coffee and in Turkish coffee, have you ever drink Turkish coffee, here all about the information about Turkish coffee, have a nice day with coffee[em]niceday[/em]Turkish coffee is taken at extremely hot temperatures and is usually served with a glass of cold water to freshen the mouth to better taste the coffee. It is traditionally served with Turkish delight. In the Mediterranean and southeastern Turkey, pistachio grains (kakuli/menengiç) may be added into the coffee. All of the coffee in the pot is poured into cups, but not all of it is drunk. The thick layer of sludgy grounds at the bottom of the cup is left behind.
